Embodiment 1

[0039] Example 1 The biochemical remediation method of heavy metal-contaminated soil includes three processes: insecticide spraying, earthworm enrichment and remediation, and microbial decomposition.

[0040] In the spraying process of the insecticide, the insecticide is mainly prepared by 280 parts of organic fertilizer, 28 parts of microbial inoculum, 0.05 part of matrine, 0.03 part of deervine, 0.02 part of Junduqing and 0.02 part of Bacillus thuringiensis powder Formed, all in parts by mass (30g / part).

[0041] The preparation technology of described insecticide is:

[0042] A. Put the organic fertilizer on a sterile plastic film, spread it flat, cover it with a sterile plastic film for ultraviolet sterilization for 2-4 days, remove the film, put it in a cool place, and then add microbial agents (Beijing Zhongkehui Agro-EM bacteria) and mix well for later use;

[0043] B. Put matrine and roten in an earthen pot, soak in warm water at 15°C for 30 minutes, use 2-6 times th...

Embodiment 2

[0051] Example 2 The biochemical remediation method of heavy metal-contaminated soil includes three processes: insecticide spraying, earthworm enrichment and remediation, and microbial decomposition.

[0052] In the spraying process of the insecticide, the insecticide is mainly prepared by 320 parts of organic fertilizer, 32 parts of microbial inoculum, 0.1 part of matrine, 0.09 part of deervine, 0.03 part of Junduqing and 0.06 part of Bacillus thuringiensis powder Formed, all in parts by mass (40g / part).

[0053] The preparation technology of described insecticide is:

[0054] A. Put the organic fertilizer on a sterile plastic film, spread it flat, cover it with a sterile plastic film for ultraviolet sterilization for 2-4 days, remove the film, put it in a cool place, and then add microbial agents (Beijing Zhongkehui Agro-EM bacteria) and mix well for later use;

Embodiment 3

[0063] Example 3 The biochemical remediation method of heavy metal-contaminated soil includes three processes: insecticide spraying, earthworm enrichment and remediation, and microbial decomposition.

[0064] In the insecticide spraying process, the insecticide is mainly prepared by 300 parts of organic fertilizer, 30 parts of microbial inoculum, 0.075 part of matrine, 0.06 part of deervine, 0.025 part of Junduqing and 0.04 part of Bacillus thuringiensis powder Formed, all in parts by mass (50g / part).

[0065] The preparation technology of described insecticide is:

[0066] A. Put the organic fertilizer on a sterile plastic film, spread it flat, cover it with a sterile plastic film for ultraviolet sterilization for 2-4 days, remove the film, put it in a cool place, and then add microbial agents (Beijing Zhongkehui Agro-EM bacteria) and mix well for later use;

Abstract

The invention provides a remediation method for heavy metal contaminated soil. The method includes the three processes of insecticide spraying, earthworm enrichment remediation and microbiological degradation. A complete remediation period is finished through the three processes of insecticide spraying, earthworm enrichment remediation and microbiological degradation, one remediation period includes two months, three remediation periods are needed altogether, and remediation is performed from March to September in the lunar calendar in each year. The remediation method for the heavy metal contaminated soil also has the good effects that an environment-friendly remediation technology which can reduce the total amount of heavy metal in the soil is selected, that is, a process technology using biological remediation (animal remediation) which prevails and chemical remediation which assists is selected; the technology using earthworms has great potential in soil remediation due to large heavy metal enrichment amount, a short growing period, simple extraction, obvious effects and other characteristics of the earthworms; and the method is combined with biological and chemical combined remediation, the remediation for the heavy metal contaminated soil is smoothly achieved, the effects are extremely remarkable, and moreover, secondary pollution to the soil is avoided.

Description

[0001] Divisional application, original application number 2014105573508, application date 2014.10.21, titled Biochemical Remediation Method of Heavy Metal Contaminated Soil. technical field [0002] The invention relates to a soil remediation method, in particular to a biochemical remediation method for heavy metal polluted soil, and belongs to the field of soil remediation methods. Background technique [0003] Since ancient times, soil has always been the source of food and clothing and the basis of survival for the vast number of farmers in our country. Even in modern economic life, soil is still the most basic factor of production and the carrier of various economic relations. However, with the rapid development of the modern economy, the discharge of environmental pollutants is increasing day by day, and the environmental pollution and ecological damage are becoming more and more serious, which has brought serious pollution to the soil on which human beings depend for s...
