The invention relates to a polarization projection device and a polarization projection system applying the same. The polarization projection device comprises a light source, a light modulator and a lens module, wherein the light source provides a light beam; the light modulator modulates the light beam into an image; the lens module converts the image into a polarizing image; the lens module comprises a polarizing prism group, a first polarization module, a second polarization module, a lens and a half-wavelength wave plate; the polarizing prism group is provided with a light incoming surface, a light outgoing surface, a first relay surface and a second relay surface; the image gets into the polarizing prism group from the light incoming surface; the first polarization module and the second polarization module are arranged on the first relay surface and the second relay surface respectively in an off-axis mode; the first polarization module comprises a first reflecting element and a first quarter-wavelength wave plate; the second polarization module comprises a second reflecting element and a second quarter-wavelength wave plate; the lens is arranged on the light outgoing surface; and the half-wavelength wave plate is arranged on the lens.
