Abstract

A polarization projection device and a polarization projection system using the same, the polarization projection device includes a light source, a light modulator and a lens module. A light source provides a beam of light. The light modulator modulates the light beam into an image. The lens module converts the image into a polarized image. The lens module includes a polarizing prism group, a first polarizing module, a second polarizing module, a lens and a half-wavelength plate. The polarizing prism group has a light incident surface, a light output surface, a first relay surface and a second relay surface. The image enters the polarizing prism group from the incident surface. The first polarizing module and the second polarizing module are respectively arranged off-axis on the first relay plane and the second relay plane. The first polarizing module includes a first reflective element and a first quarter-wavelength plate.
