The crowding degree is transmitted to the terminal display unit in time through the communication unit. The crowding degree data, the number of the route of the bus and the current address code of the bus are transmitted to a station displayer through short-distance communication and then transmitted to the next several bus stations through wired communication, so that display screens can display the number of the route of the bus, the position of the current station of the bus, the current crowding degree of the bus and the like and transmit the information to a traffic scheduling center displayer to assist in scheduling.
