The method mainly comprises five steps that a high permeable layer and a lower permeable layer are divided according to the water intake intensity of the water intake profile of a water injection well; the absolute water intake amount of the high permeable layer and the absolute water intake amount of the low permeable layer are worked out; the stratum coefficient ratio K of the high permeable layer to the lower permeable layer is worked out; the double logarithmic curve of the actually measured deltaP-deltaT and the double logarithmic curve of the actually measured deltaP'-deltaT are drawn and matched with a plate; and the permeability of the high permeable layer and the permeability of the low permeable layer in a double-layer model are worked out. According to the oil deposit heterogeneity well test analysis method based on the water intake profile, on the basis of testing results of the water intake profile of the water injection well, the stratum coefficient ratio K is obtained, accordingly, the high-precision permeability of a heterogeneous oil deposit is obtained, the well test interpretation precision is improved, and more accurate bases are provided for oil deposit heterogeneity analysis.
