A voltage of an anode is fed in through an anode terminal. A cathode plate, an intermediate electrode outer sleeve, a connecting flange and an anticathode welding flange are grounded and keep insulation with the anode through a ceramic flange and an insulation flange. In the invention, extraction beam intensity is increased, and simultaneously a service life of an ion source is prolonged and usage cost is reduced. A 1-5mA D beam can be extracted and a service life is longer than 500 hours. All the components adopt detachable structures. A damageable component can be conveniently replaced, and simultaneously a large space is left for parametric optimization and overall economic benefits are increased.
