Abstract

The invention provides an operating regulation computing method for an active power distribution network participated by an energy storage system. For the energy storage system which is formed by a storage battery, the minimum active loss of the power distribution network system is taken as the target function; the operating constraints which comprise system power flow constraint, operating voltage constraint, branch circuit constraint and energy storage system operating constraint, of the system are taken into consideration; the computational example is solved by a particle swarm optimization; and finally, the charging-discharging power of the energy storage system under each time frame is output to be used as the optimal solution under the premise that the reliability of the system is satisfied. Compared with the conventional method, the active power loss of the power distribution network system can be effectively reduced; the operating cost of the power grid can be lowered; and the utilization efficiency of the photovoltaic energy can be increased.
