Abstract

The invention provides a guide type air cylinder balance submarine pipeline access device and method. The guide type air cylinder balance submarine pipeline access device and method are applied to access work of a submarine pipeline. The submarine pipeline access device implements prefabricating and drilling of the submarine pipeline and the work flow of guide type air cylinder balance centering, butt joint and access according to the guiding effect of guiders and hoisting riggings symmetrically distributed on the two sides of an air cylinder, the balance effect of the horizontal air cylinder and the propelling power provided by hydraulic pushers and through the combination with the split type thick wall cylinder body structure of a submarine pipeline access apparatus. The horizontal multi-cylinder-body series connection structure is adopted for the air cylinder so that the oscillation loads, transmitted through hoisting ropes, of sea waves and internal waves can be balanced. By means of combination of the guiders and the guide riggings, the guide action is achieved, and the access device is accurately guided to a hole forming portion of the submarine pipeline. By means of the hydraulic pushers, fine adjusting and centering of the submarine pipeline access device and the access pipe section hoisting position are achieved. The submarine pipeline access apparatus provides a fulcrum for a hole forming device, plays a role of a tee joint and is used as the access point of a new submarine pipeline. The hole forming device completes the hole forming work of the submarine pipeline.
