Abstract

The invention discloses a biosensing marking method, a biosensing marking system and a disease detection system. According to the biosensing marking method, antigens in a tested sample can be captured by first antibodies when part of optical fibers pass the tested sample by means of fixing a layer of the first antibodies of a tested biomarker on the surfaces of the optical fibers; second antibodies of the tested biomarker are then fixed to the surfaces of metal nanoparticles, the metal nanoparticles are mixed in the tested sample, and the metal nanoparticles can be bound with antigens in the tested sample through the second antibodies due to specific recognition of the second antibodies; detection of the antigens in the tested sample can be realized with the biosensing marking method. Since the cross section of extinction of the metal nanoparticles is far larger than that of the conventional fluorescent molecular, the biosensing marking method has higher antigen detection sensitivity than the conventional fluorescence labeling method.
