The application belongs to the field of
antimicrobial materials, and discloses an antibacterial
bioactive coating and a preparation method thereof. The application converts β-
cyclodextrin into a dialdehyde derivative through
periodic acid oxidation, and copolymerizes the dialdehyde derivative with acrylated
chitosan under the
initiation of
ultraviolet light free radicals to prepare an intelligent
copolymer which can be specifically
cut by β-cyclodextrinase. Natural
plant polyphenols are loaded in the
copolymer to realize
enzyme-triggered precise release and maintain long-acting
antibacterial activity. After
coating, the
solvent is removed, the micropores are closed, and the molecular-level secondary crosslinking is completed in one step under the treatment of supercritical CO2 environment at 35 MPa and 40 DEG C for 2 hours. Traditional high-temperature
drying is not needed,
internal stress and crack generation are significantly reduced, and the stability of the pores is improved. The final
coating has self-repairing,
high adhesion and scrub resistance, and the preparation process is
environmentally friendly and efficient, and is suitable for the surface long-acting antibacterial protection of medical devices,
food packaging and public facilities.
