Abstract

The invention discloses an organic cultivation method for over-summering eggplants through rice field-upland field rotation, relating to the technical fields of rotation cropping cultivation. The organic cultivation method comprises the following steps: (1) establishing an organic cultivation production base; (2) selecting medium-maturing and late-maturing eggplant varieties, including Xiangza 6#, Xiangza 9# and Zheqie 1#, which are suitable for local cultivation and meet the market requirements; (3) carrying out the rotation cropping modes: sequentially cultivating over-summering eggplants and vegetable-use broad beans in the first year, and sequentially cultivating early season rice and water chestnuts in the second year, wherein a rotation cropping period is two years; and (4) carrying out the rotation cropping on organic eggplants, organic vegetable-use broad beans, organic early season rice and organic water chestnuts according to the quality requirement and production technical specification of organic agricultural products, and preparing organic fertilizer fertilized soil by virtue of straw turnover and wet composting.
