The system comprises a current sensor for generating an induced current signal according to the current of the power supply line of the device under test, an embedded terminal which is used for processing the induced current signal from the current sensor into a digital level signal, determining the actual current value of the power supply line of the device under test according to the digital level signal, determining the working state of the device according to the determined actual current value and the working state determination rule and reporting the determined working state, wherein the working state determination rule includes a correspondence relationship between a plurality of working states and a current value range, as well as a management device for receiving the working state reported by the embedded terminal and determining the utilization rate of the device under test according to the reported working state.
