The four-indexing coil feeding mechanism comprises a motor arranged in the x-axis direction, a rotary plate driven by the motor to rotate, and four winding assemblies spaced by 90 degrees and installed on the rotary plate in the radial direction. The discharging mechanism is arranged below the four-indexing coil feeding mechanism, and comprises two press rods arranged in the x-axis direction and a press rod driving device for driving the press rods to move in the z-axis direction and the x-axis direction. The two press rods are aligned with the two sides of a groove of a slide sleeve of the winding assembly under the press rods respectively.
