According to the system and the method, the threshold is set by the priority division system, so that the tag with the priority lower than the threshold can be enabled to be in the invalid state, and an optimal portrait model is ensured; and the suspicious candidate attributes are extracted in real time by the adaptive algorithm, and the priority division system determines whether the tag becomes an available tag or not after judgment, so that the problems of tag invalidation and staticizing can be solved.
