The method combines farming improvement, water conservation improvement and application of a saline-alkali soil amendment, wherein farming improvement comprises deep ploughing, upturned soil sunning and land levelling; water conservation improvement comprises underground salt drain pipe laying and irrigation. With adoption of the method, soil bulk density and soil salinity of the saline-alkali soil can be reduced, soil porosity and soil nutrients can be increased, so that salinization of the soil is effectively improved, and the problems of reduction of grain yield, reduction of vegetation cover area, deterioration of the ecological environment and the like caused by salinization of the soil are relieved; the method is high in pertinence and remarkable in effect, popularization and promotion of technologies are facilitated, and large-scale application can be realized.
