Cutting seedling-raising method for poplar tree

A technique for raising seedlings by cuttings and poplars, which is applied in the field of raising seedlings by cuttings of poplars. It can solve the problems of treating the symptoms, not the root causes, and endangering human health, so as to achieve the effects of ensuring good growth, avoiding energy waste, and reducing use

Problems solved by technology

[0003] In the process of growing poplar seedlings by cuttings, when the cuttings grow to seedlings, the diseases that are susceptible to infection include rot, black spot, rust, etc., and most of them are caused by bacteria and fungi. Harmful to human health, there is often no good way to improve the resistance of poplar itself to diseases

Embodiment 1

[0016] A method for raising seedlings by cuttings of poplar, specifically comprising the following steps:

[0017] (1) Control of cutting conditions

[0018] Disinfect the cuttings and soil before cutting to prevent the growth of bacteria and fungi. The cuttings disinfection method: immerse the cuttings in a hydrogen peroxide solution with a mass fraction of 1% for 3 minutes; the soil disinfection method: spray 500 times Bordeaux mixture on the soil surface Cover the film for 18 hours, remove the film, shallowly plow the surface 1-1.5cm of soil, which is conducive to fully sterilizing the soil, and turn down the surface soil with high drug content to isolate the spread of germs; then use the direct cutting method to cut ;

[0019] (2) Pretreatment of cuttings

[0020] During the cuttings cultivation process, ensure a suitable growth environment. After 15 days of cuttings cultivation, select a batch of cuttings with well-developed roots and fewer stems and leaves. Spray the l...

Embodiment 2

[0025] A method for raising seedlings by cuttings of poplar, specifically comprising the following steps:

[0026] (1) Control of cutting conditions

[0027] Disinfect the cuttings and soil before cutting to prevent the growth of bacteria and fungi. The cuttings disinfection method: immerse the cuttings in a hydrogen peroxide solution with a mass fraction of 1% for 5 minutes; the soil disinfection method: spray 500 times Bordeaux mixture on the soil surface Cover the film for 22 hours, remove the film, shallowly plow the surface 1-1.5cm of soil, which is conducive to fully sterilizing the soil, and turn down the surface soil with high drug content to isolate the spread of germs; then use the direct cutting method to cut ;

[0028] (2) Pretreatment of cuttings

[0029] During the cuttings cultivation process, ensure a suitable growth environment. After 20 days of cuttings cultivation, select a batch of cuttings with well-developed roots and fewer stems and leaves. The roots a...

Abstract

The invention relates to a cutting seedling-raising method for a poplar tree. The cutting seedling-raising method comprises the following concrete steps: (1) control of cutting conditions; (2) pretreatment of cuttings; (3) secondary pretreatment of the cuttings; and (4) daily management with attention to a humidity which should not exceed 60% in a greenhouse, so propagation of residual bacteria on the surface of leaves is reduced. Experimental results show that the cutting seedling-raising method for the poplar tree provided by the invention raises a poplar tree seedling with stronger disease resistance; a conventional method raises the poplar tree seedling with a disease incidence rate up to 30.4% in 6 months, needs to spray a disease prevention agent, and does not facilitate growth and development of the seedling in an early stage; meanwhile, the method provided by the invention raises the seedling with the disease incidence rate to be 9.5% or below, greatly reduces the use of chemicals, facilitates growth and development of the seedling, and raises the seedling with higher quality.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of planting, and in particular relates to a poplar cutting seedling raising method. Background technique [0002] Poplar, tree, the trunk is usually straight, the bark is smooth or split, often off-white; poplar is the most widely distributed and most adaptable tree species in the world, scattered in the temperate and cold temperate forest species of the northern hemisphere, in my country Distributed in central China, North China, Northwest, Northeast and other vast areas. Commonly used poplar cultivation methods include seeding method, cutting method, tissue culture method, etc. Among them, the cutting method can effectively retain the excellent traits of the female parent, and is the most commonly used propagation and cultivation method. [0003] In the process of growing poplar seedlings by cuttings, when the cuttings grow to seedlings, the diseases that are susceptible to infection include rot, black spo...
