The invention discloses a method for producing a biological feed through
straw fermentation. The method comprises the following specific steps of (1) pretreating raw materials namely performing steam-exploded pretreatment, performing
alkalization treatment, performing washing with water, performing air-
drying, performing crushing, performing screening with a 20-mesh
sieve, and enabling treated materials to be standby application at 4 DEG C, wherein the steam-exploded pretreatment condition includes that
straw is 2-3cm, the addition quantity each time is 200g, the temperature is maintained to be 220 DEG C, the pressure is 2.2MPa, the time is maintained for 5min, and instantaneous pressure relief is performed, so that materials are exploded, performing alkali treatment: after steam-exploding, mixing the
straw with a 2% NaOH solution in the ratio of the straw to the 2% NaOH solution being 1 to 20, performing high-pressure
steam sterilization at 121 DEG C, and performing treatment for an hour; (2) performing pre-enzymolysis experiment: after pretreatment, adding a small quantity of enzymes to the pretreated wheat straw, and performing pre-enzymolysis, wherein 200ml of an enzymolysis
system is adopted, the addition amount of
glucan is 10%(w / v), and materials are supplemented in batches; and (3) performing synchronous diastatic
fermentation experiment: mixing strains, adding the mixed strains to enzymatic
hydrolysate, performing anaerobic
fermentation, wherein the
reaction temperature is 30-32 DEG C, the fermentation time is 3-5 days, the rotational speed is 170-220r / min, and thepH is 5-7. The feed produced by the method is high in content of organic compounds and high in
nutrient value and has the effect of promoting the growth of
livestock.
