Abstract

Provided is a simulation method for paper digitized information embedding, used to solve a virtual modeling problem of existing fiber finished paper encryption paper. Unigraphics NX is used in the simulation method for virtual product modeling of digitized paper, to satisfy design concept of the digitized paper to the largest extent. The method is mainly aimed at simulation for fiber finished paper encryption paper based on bit-mapped images. Through Unigraphics NX, a 3D paper model is firstly formed. Since the bit-mapped image is regular fiber interlacing formed by spiral air flow, or is formed by a magnetic dot-matrix encoding controller acting on magnetic fibers, so encrypted images and characters need to be loaded in paper by an embedding method, and then realization rendering is performed. Encrypted paper would be displayed as a simulation crack image through fiber scanning or magnetic powder covering.
