Patterned media bits with cladding shell

A bit patterned media (BPM) includes many magnetic dots arranged in tracks on a substrate. The magnetic dots each have a hard magnetic core, a soft magnetic cladding surrounding the core and a thin non-magnetic layer that separates the hard magnetic core from the soft magnetic ring. The soft magnetic cladding stabilizes the magnetization at the edges of the hard magnetic core to improve the signal to noise ratio of the magnetic dots. The soft magnetic rings also narrow the magnetic field of the dots which reduces the space requirements and allows more dots to be placed on the substrate.

Self-netting type scattered-point internal vibration ball for concrete pouring

The invention discloses a self-netting type scattered-point internal vibration ball for concrete pouring, and belongs to the field of construction technology. The self-netting type scattered-point internal vibration ball can be put in a concrete pouring process so as to replace the traditional concrete vibrator for concrete pouring without actual operation by technicians at a site. Compared with aconcrete vibrator, the self-netting type scattered-point internal vibration ball is in the concrete, and high-quality vibration is carried out to the concrete by moisture in the concrete and the high-frequency vibration caused by the decomposing reaction of a water disintegration vibration ball; meanwhile, a large number of tiny bubbles can be released during the disintegration, the tiny bubblescan be used as an air-entraining agent to improve the peaceability, water-retaining property and cohesiveness of a concrete mixture and improve the flowability of the concrete, and after the vibrationis finished, the tiny bubbles can extend in the concrete by a released self-hardening netting vibration transmission rod; and a high-strength adhesion is established by a double magnetic dot ball, areinforcing net is formed in the concrete, and the forming strength of the concrete is significantly improved through cooperating with an internal vibration sphere.

Simulation method for paper digitized information embedding

Provided is a simulation method for paper digitized information embedding, used to solve a virtual modeling problem of existing fiber finished paper encryption paper. Unigraphics NX is used in the simulation method for virtual product modeling of digitized paper, to satisfy design concept of the digitized paper to the largest extent. The method is mainly aimed at simulation for fiber finished paper encryption paper based on bit-mapped images. Through Unigraphics NX, a 3D paper model is firstly formed. Since the bit-mapped image is regular fiber interlacing formed by spiral air flow, or is formed by a magnetic dot-matrix encoding controller acting on magnetic fibers, so encrypted images and characters need to be loaded in paper by an embedding method, and then realization rendering is performed. Encrypted paper would be displayed as a simulation crack image through fiber scanning or magnetic powder covering. In an early stage of information embedding, the method improves paper quality by using simulation performance of software, and time-consuming and effort-consuming construction on a papermaking device and an encryption device model machine in practice is reduced.

Magnetic stripe positioning method and device

The invention provides a magnetic stripe positioning method and device. According to the invention, each channel of a paper note is divided into a plurality of sub channels. Magnetic data contained byeach sub channel is acquired and magnetic dots contained by each sub channel are then acquired. Sub channels whose magnetic dot number is greater than a first preset value are determined as target sub channels. Channels whose target sub channel number is greater than a second preset value are determined as magnetic strip channels, wherein the target sub channels are continuous in position. A method of determining channels having the largest magnetic dot number as the magnetic strip channel directly is rejected, so that magnetic noise and interference caused by serial number areas of paper notes are eliminated. Therefore, accurate positioning of paper note magnetic strips is realized.
