The invention discloses a production method of lead-free ceramic-simulating glass winebottles, and belongs to the field of glassmaking. The production method comprises following steps: cullet, quartz sand, sodium carbonate, albite, calcite, anhydrous sodium sulphate and sodium fluosilicate are taken as raw materials, and are subjected to mixing, fusing, moulding and annealing so as to obtain the lead-free ceramic-simulating glass winebottles. Advantages of the production method are that: recycled waste glass products are the principal raw material, quartz sand is locally produced, so that raw material cost is low; the ceramic-simulating glass winebottles are free of toxic elements such as lead, arsenic and chromium, and no harm on human bodies is caused; product modeling possesses diversity, and is as excellent as that of ceramic products; volume production can be realized, yield is high, quality is stable, the lead-free ceramic-simulating glass winebottles can be recycled after use, the production method is friendly to the environment, and no pollution is caused.
