coupling, and obtaining an ideal control quantity through virtual
simulation of a digital twin
system; and finally, adjusting the actual control quantity according to the ideal control quantity to realize traction force control of the
electric wire tightening machine. According to the method, the operation data of the wire tightening machine are collected,
virtual modeling is carried out in combination with a real scene, the characteristics and change rules of a
physical entity are simulated and predicted, a
control algorithm based on a discrete method and considering thermal-mechanical
coupling is constructed, the wire expansion phenomenon caused by temperature change is calculated, temperature-tension-deformation collaborative feedback is achieved, and the temperature-tension-deformation collaborative feedback performance is improved. And the traction control accuracy of the wire tightening machine is ensured.
