The method is characterized by comprising a step of collecting all remote signaling and remote measurement including AC voltage, charger voltage, charger current, bus voltage , load current, battery pack current, single battery voltage, single battery internal resistance and the operating status, branch switch status, feeder insulation status and abnormal alarm information of all DC equipment, a step of allowing a monitoring station to perform remote storage battery capacity verification test on a transmission station, wherein a charger is in a floating charge conversion, a step of achieving battery pack dynamic network reconstruction and voltage balance maintenance ona storage battery, and a step of providing server service and terminal software service for a remote monitoring system monitoring terminal. According to the invention, the remote discharge test, theremote bus state switching and other control operations are truly achieved, and a dynamic DC system simulation diagram is cooperated to visually display the main operating parameters of the DC systemand the working state of a feeder.
