The invention discloses a device and a method for realizing deep denitrification of domestic sewage by a main-flow internal-source short-range denitrification / anaerobic ammoxidation technology. The device comprises a municipal sewage raw water tank, an internal-source short-range denitrification reactor, an intermediate water tank I, a nitrification reactor, an intermediate water tank II and an anaerobic ammoxidation reactor. The method comprises the steps that municipal sewage enters the internal-source short-range denitrification reactor; a microorganism absorbs an organic matter in raw water to be converted into PHAs (polyhydroxyalkanoates); the sewage enters the nitrification reactor for full-range nitrification; the nitrified sewage enters the internal-source short-range denitrification reactor again to realize conversion from nitrate nitrogen to nitrite nitrogen; and then the sewage enters the anaerobic ammoxidation reactor to realize autotrophic deep denitrification. The method can stably realize main-flow anaerobic ammoxidation of the municipal sewage with a low C / N ratio; no external carbon source is required; the aeration amount is saved; the sludge yield is low; operation control is simple; and high-efficiency and low-energy municipal sewage treatment is realized.
