Abstract

The invention relates to a gadolinium ion based zeolite metal organic frame material, and a preparation method and an application of the material. The material has a formula of [Gd48(NO3)48(bpdc)48]*Gx, wherein bpdc is 2,2'-6,6'-pyridine diacid salt; G is a solvent molecule; the organic solvent is a mixture of methanol and trichloromethane at a volume ratio of 1:1 or a mixture of alcohol and dichloromethane at a volume ratio of 1:1; x is solvent molecule quantity with a scope of greater than 1; and the prepared gadolinium ion based zeolite metal organic frame material is used for a thermal imaging technology as a nuclear magnetic contrast agent. The material has the advantages that the material prepared by the method shows a high highfield relaxation rate and temperature selectivity; the highfield relaxation rate is higher than that of a clinical contrast agent; the preparation method is simple; industrial amplification is easy; the treatment is simple; and the material is applicable to the common clinical nuclear magnetic imaging and hyperthermia physiotherapy imaging, good in compatibility and wide in application.
