Abstract

The apparatus herein mainly includes a standard gas circulation pipeline, agas sample circulation pipeline, and a gas switching valve apparatus. The gas switching valve apparatus includes a standard gas electromagnetic valve and a gas sample electromagnetic valve, and a current-limiting aperture which is connected to the same end of the standard gas electromagnetic vale and the gas sample electromagnetic valve. The current-limiting aperture is in communication with a leak detection pore of a central leak rate test instrument through a metal corrugated pipeline. The diameter of the current-limiting aperture fits the entrance of the leak detection instrument in terms of pressure. According to the invention, the apparatus herein overcomes the problems of current gas switching apparatuses, such as the shortened service life of the central leak rate test devices due to the contaminated to-be-tested gas, ratio imbalance of gas components due to long distance of the gas sample, fast pressure reduction from atmospheric pressure or positive pressure to a vacuum of theto-be-tested gas, and also the mixture of different gases in the process of rapid gas switching process.
