AI Technical Summary

Benefits of technology

This patented technology allows users to calculate specific parts or frequencies from their data stream without having to store them all at once. It uses a special algorithm that reduces complexity while still maintains accuracy.

Problems solved by technology

This patented technology solves issues related to efficiently calculating multiple frequencies without storing excessive amounts of space compared to existing techniques like FFT analysis. Current implementations involve performing complicated mathematical computations while still being able to perform these tasks effectively. Additionally, previous attempts were limited because they did not allow flexibility beyond what was possible given their own capabilities.

Abstract

The embodiment of the invention discloses a partial frequency point calculating method and device based on a FFT library function. The method comprises the steps that a target frequency point sequenceis decomposed, and two subsequences are obtained; the subsequences are subjected to FFT calculation, and FFT results are obtained; finally, according to the frequency points required by a user, the FFT results are calculated, and the FFT results of the partial frequency points required by the user are obtained. In this way, the memory space of a processor is saved, the hardware performance of theprocessor can be given full play to, and a short running time can be obtained.
