The genetic algorithm and the mountain climbing algorithm in an artificial intelligence algorithm are combined, global searching capability highin the genetic algorithm and local searching capability high in the mountain climbing algorithm are fully utilized, a mountain climbing operation is added in the genetic algorithm process, convergencerate of the algorithm is effectively increased, and capability in searching the optimal solution is effectively improved.
