Abstract

The transmission method comprises the steps that state data information of multiple CNC machine tools is acquired according to preset computer numerical control (CNC) machine tool configuration file information; the state data information of the multiple CNC machine tools is subjected to encapsulation processing according to a preset data encapsulation format to obtain an encapsulated data request packet; and the encapsulated data request packet is transmitted to a server. According to the transmission method, acquisition equipment uniformly conducts encapsulation processing on the state data information of the multiple CNC machine tools according to the preset data encapsulation format, the state data information, with the same data format, of the CNC machine tools is obtained and transmitted to the server, and therefore the purpose of conducting data acquisition on the different CNC machine tools through the unified method is achieved.
