A specific embodiment of the method includes: extracting search words according to acquired user search data; extracting a brand word of a clicked product according to click behavior data based on the search words; and calculating relevancy degrees between the searchwords and the brand word of the clicked product, and selecting the search words, of which the relevancy degrees are greater than a preset threshold value, as the brand derivative-words. According tothe embodiment, a brand derivative-word library can be generated, thus a requirement that a user can quickly and directly reach a brand shop and product can be satisfied when the user utilizes the words in the brand derivative-word library as search words, and user search experience is improved.
