The conductive optical fiber comprises two portions, one portion is used to guide a laser to a light outlet, and the other portion is used to guide the laser to the hybrid fluorescent wheel.The focusing lens is used for focusing fluorescence emitted by the hybrid fluorescent wheel. The total-reflection mirror reflects all the focused fluorescence to the light outlet. An incident angle of the laser guided to the hybrid fluorescent wheel and a fluorescent surface of the hybrid fluorescent wheel is less than 90 degrees. In the invention, by using an optical-fiber fluorescent-wheel hybrid mode, a blue laser is directly coupled to a laser device so that propagation in the optical fiber is performed and a dust influence during a propagation process is avoided; and the optical fiber possesses good and stable light guide performance and attenuation of a light beam during the propagation process is greatly reduced.
