The process comprises the following steps: preparing a point texture roller; enabling a light guide raw material to be heated and fused by use of a heating apparatus, performing extrusion formation on the fused light guide raw material through an extrusion apparatus, and obtaining a plasticity light guide plate after half cooling; performing hot pressing on the plasticity light guide plate to form astigmatism salient points by use of a hot pressing apparatus; and obtaining a needed light guide plate by cutting the light guide plate to needed dimensions by use of a cutting apparatus, wherein the density of the astigmatism salient points on the light guide plate in the middle portion of the light guide plate is the largest, and the density is gradually decreased from the middle portion to the two sides of the light guide plate. Through arrangement of the point texture roller and arrangement of the salient points whose density is gradually decreased from the middle to the two sides outside the point texture roller, the astigmatism salient points protruding outwards are pressed on the light guide plate by use of a hot pressing mode, the astigmatism salient points are integrally formed with the body of the light guide plate, deformation is not easily generated, the light guide effect is better, and the service life of the light guide plate is longer; and the process is simple and practical and is suitable for wide promotion and application.
