The invention relates to a construction method of a rear-embedded
pile foundation. By utilizing an original building foundation, an embedded
pile foundation is added on the original building foundation, and the construction method comprises the following steps of: (1) digging a hole on the outer side of the original building foundation, and digging and embedding a
pile hole according to design; (2) embedding the pile hole when digging at every 0.5-1.0 meter, and carrying out once
retaining wall support by utilizing concrete; (3) hacking the bottom of the original building foundation, lowering a reinforcing
steel bar, binding a reinforcing
steel bar cage in the formed hole, and lowering a grouting
pipe; (4) pressing the concrete into a base expanding
pier by a concrete conveying pump and maintaining; and (5) after pouring the concrete for 40-60 hours, flushing the grouting
pipe by water, and carrying out
pressure grouting, wherein the ratio of water to ash of
slurry is 1 to 0.4. According to the invention, through hole introduction at the outer side of the original building foundation to dig the hole, the concrete is poured to the formed hole to form the pile, the
bearing capacity of the original building foundation is effectively improved, a space of the original building is fully utilized, and the construction method has good economic benefit and social benefit.
