pipe is connected with a dirt
suction flow guide pipe, a flow-back pipe is arranged on the upper side of the dirt
suction flow guide pipe, a blanking cap is arranged at the
tail discharging end, and a non-return cover and a limiting bolt are arranged at the lower end of the flow-back pipe. The upper filter plate, the lower filter plate and the rear cover of the tank body form a stock bin V1, and the upper filter plate, the lower filter plate and the front seal head of the tank body form a water accumulation bin V2. After a sewage suction tank body is transformed, sewage is sucked in through a sewage suction pipe, flows through a sewage
suction flow guide pipe and enters a stock bin V1, sewage is filtered through a lower filter plate and then enters a water accumulation bin V2, residues and
foreign matter are filtered and then concentrated in the stock bin V1, and after the tank body is full of the sewage, a four-way
reversing valve is operated, so that a vacuum generation
system inflates and pressurizes the tank body; sewage enters the flow-back pipe under the action of
gas pressure, flows through the sewage suction flow guide pipe and is discharged through the sewage suction pipe. The transformation method can be implemented on most existing vacuum sewage suction trucks, and has the characteristics of high
operability, high practicability and capability of effectively reducing the municipal sewer dredging and cleaning working cost after transformation.
