To improve the workability of backfill injection in lining installation where a rehabilitation pipe is inserted into a deteriorated existing pipeline, by resolving difficulties in managing the injection volume of cement milk and controlling the pressure of the backfill material that may cause deformation or damage to the lining pipe, cement milk is injected at a constant pressure into the annular space between the two pipes.SOLUTION: In a pipeline lining installation involving backfill injection, a lining pipe R is installed within an existing conduit P, and the upstream and downstream pipe ends of both the lining pipe R and an annular backfill space K are sealed; thereafter, a flowing water W from the upstream side is pressure-injected into the interior of the lining pipe R, while the injection pressure (internal pressure) of the water W is increased in conjunction with the injection pressure (external pressure) of a backfill material M, such that the backfill injection is performed under elevated pressure, and the discharge of the flowing water W through the lining pipe R is continuously maintained.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

The invention discloses a sewage suction tank with sewage filtering and flowback functions, which structurally comprises a tank body and is characterized in that an upper filter plate is arranged on the upper side in the tank body, a rear cover is arranged at the tail part of the tank body, and a sewage suction pipe and an anti-overflow check valve are arranged at the top of the tank body; a lower filter plate is hinged to the lower face of the upper filter plate, one end of the dirt suction pipe is connected with a dirt suction hose, the other end of the dirt suction pipe is connected with a dirt suction flow guide pipe, a flow-back pipe is arranged on the upper side of the dirt suction flow guide pipe, a blanking cap is arranged at the tail discharging end, and a non-return cover and a limiting bolt are arranged at the lower end of the flow-back pipe. The upper filter plate, the lower filter plate and the rear cover of the tank body form a stock bin V1, and the upper filter plate, the lower filter plate and the front seal head of the tank body form a water accumulation bin V2. After a sewage suction tank body is transformed, sewage is sucked in through a sewage suction pipe, flows through a sewage suction flow guide pipe and enters a stock bin V1, sewage is filtered through a lower filter plate and then enters a water accumulation bin V2, residues and foreign matter are filtered and then concentrated in the stock bin V1, and after the tank body is full of the sewage, a four-way reversing valve is operated, so that a vacuum generation system inflates and pressurizes the tank body; sewage enters the flow-back pipe under the action of gas pressure, flows through the sewage suction flow guide pipe and is discharged through the sewage suction pipe. The transformation method can be implemented on most existing vacuum sewage suction trucks, and has the characteristics of high operability, high practicability and capability of effectively reducing the municipal sewer dredging and cleaning working cost after transformation.
