Water in the resin catalyst for catalytically synthesizing the bisphenol A is effectively removed, and a water content in the resin catalyst is less than 1.0 wt%; and a phenol consumption in the washing solution is reduced, material consumption and energy consumption are reduced, and therefore cost of the pretreatment process is reduced.
