This invention discloses a clear, stable, and low-irritant
plant-based compound beverage, its preparation method, and its application. The beverage is formed by the in-situ self-
assembly of
polyphenol-containing
plant extracts and small-molecule food-derived oligopeptides in an
aqueous solution, creating nano-complex particles with an average particle size of 80–200 nm, a
Zeta potential of -25 to -40 mV, and a PDI ≤ 0.3. It contains no added exogenous stabilizers, thickeners,
flavoring agents, fragrances, or colorings. After 30 days of accelerated clarification at 37°C, no
precipitation occurs, with a
turbidity ≤ 5 NTU and a light
transmittance ≥ 90%, effectively masking bitter and spicy irritations. The
plant extracts are a compound of
kudzu root, Japanese raisin tree fruit, chrysanthemum, poria cocos, monk fruit, ginger, and yam, with a
polyphenol to
oligopeptide mass ratio of 3:4. The product can relieve
dry mouth and
throat discomfort caused by
alcohol consumption, staying up late, and smoking. The process is simple and suitable for industrial production.
