Abstract

The present invention provides a method for selecting a dedicated core network (DCN) based on an auxiliary indication of a mobile terminal, and includes the steps of: configuring a RAN node of the mobile network with the DCN type of the serving EPC node, so that the RAN node can transfer the mobile network from the connected The DCN selection auxiliary information of the terminal is mapped with the correct dedicated EPC node. This enables the RAN node to connect the mobile terminal with a mobile terminal-specific EPC node upon initial attachment, thereby keeping the mobile terminal on the same DCN. Thus, rerouting of mobile terminal NAS messages from one EPC node to another is avoided.
