The invention discloses a cloud storage system and a user permission control method thereof, a device and a storage medium. The method includes the steps that when a subject in the cloud storage system initiates an access request to an object, security tags set in advance for the subject and the object are acquired to obtain a first tag and a second tag; the first tag is compared with the second tag to determine whether the subject is authorized to have access to data in the object; and if yes, the object is allowed to respond to the access request. According to the cloud storage system and the user permission control method thereof, the device and the storage medium, through setting the security tags for objects in the cloud storage system, the effect of configuring the access permissionfor the subject which initiates the access request is achieved, which is equivalent to setting isolation belts among different objects in the cloud storage system to segregate the data from illegal access users, thereby effectively improving the data access security of the cloud storage system.
