Abstract

The invention relates to application of IMCA in preparation of anti-thyroid cancer drugs, and the chemical structure of the IMCA is as shown in the description. MTT results reveal that proliferation of thyroid tumor cells can be significantly inhibited by the IMCA, and localization of NR4A1 from nucleus to cytoplasm can be induced. Annexin V and PI double staining apoptosis detection results reveal that apoptosis can be induced by the IMCA. According to the application, development is conducted by taking the small molecular compound IMCA as the novel anti-thyroid tumor drugs or helper constituents of the novel anti-thyroid tumor drugs, tumor inhibiting effects are significant, and new approaches and means for treating and healing thyroid tumors are provided.
