Abstract

The present disclosure relates to a model-based wire detection method and a wire detection device. The line detection method includes: extracting line features from an input current frame image; performing initialization of a line model based on the extracted line features; updating the line model based on the extracted line features and the initialized line model a model; and determining a detected line based on the updated line model. According to the line detection method and line detection device of the present disclosure, it can overcome the influence of noise on lane line detection, and significantly save time and processing overhead compared to traditional detection methods that separately detect lane lines and road markings.
