Abstract

The invention discloses a method for inoculating cistanche deserticola by planting sacsaoul in migratory dune. According to the method, terrain of a migratory dune area is reformed and a square soil-base grid sand-protecting barrier is built; sacsaoul plants are planted, line by line, in units of the sand-protecting barrier at intervals in a staggered arrangement manner; cistanche deserticola is inoculated to the same side of root systems of the sacsaoul plants, a drip fertilization area is formed at the other side of the root systems of the sacsaoul plants; thus, enough nourishment and moisture is guaranteed, artificial interference to the growth area is avoided, and quality and appearance of cistanche deserticola are guaranteed while yield thereof is increased. Besides, since the sand-protecting barrier is built, terrain is reformed and application of water and fertilizer is regulated, the migratory dune is fixed and healthy growth of sacsaoul is improved. As proved by tests in soil-base grid combined sand-protecting barrier area of Gansu minqin qingtu lake, cistanche deserticola obtained has good quality and appearance and its yield is increased by 20% or above 20% as compared with that of the prior art.
