The generating method comprises the following steps: receiving a certificate generation application, wherein the certificate generation application comprises a public key and identity information; checking whether the identity information is passed or not; responding to check passing of the identity information; providing a certificate content and carrying out digital signature on the certificate content by using a private key; and writing the signed digital certificate into a blockchain to completecertificate storage.
