Abstract

An embodiment of the invention discloses a sheet material assembling method, and aims to overcome the technical problem of screen body buckling deformation caused by internal stress of an adhesive material. The sheet material assembling method comprises the steps of determining a sheet material processing direction; distributing liquid adhesive material patterns on a first sheet material in the processing direction at intervals; pasting liquid adhesive material patterns on a second sheet material; and performing rolling and pressing on the first sheet material and the second sheet material inthe processing direction. Based on the fluid mechanics principle, the flowing liquid adhesive material can only fill the interval gaps between the adjacent liquid adhesive material patterns, so that the deformation internal stress formed after the adjacent liquid adhesive material patterns are rolled and pressed cannot be continuously transferred; therefore, the edges of the adjacent liquid adhesive material patterns are smoothly fused to form an integrated liquid adhesive layer for curing and gluing the first sheet material and the second sheet material; and meanwhile, it is ensured that sheet material buckling caused by a condition that the sheet material partial stress is greater than the sheet material elasticity modulus due to final deformation internal stress accumulation on the sheet material edge in the processing direction of each liquid adhesive material pattern can be avoided.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to display screen packaging, in particular to a sheet assembly method, assembly structure and display screen. Background technique [0002] The sheets are bonded with liquid glue. During the curing process of the liquid glue, the internal stress will change due to the influence of the bonding process. The internal stress after curing has a great influence on the flatness of the sheet. For example, in the current AMOLED (Active-matrix organic light emitting diode) product polarizer attachment process, the polarizer needs to be attached to the screen by rolling (or called rolling) the surface of the polarizer, and the roller is in the process of rolling In this way, the adhesive material between the polarizer and the screen body flows to the edge, and the adhesive material is subjected to uneven force during the flow and curing process, and the interaction between the adhesive material molecules forms a directional internal stress. ...
