Abstract

The invention discloses a random access control method, which comprises following steps: determing whether random access response from a base state is received or not; if the result is negative, determining whether a first count value is equal to a first preset value or not; if the first count value is not equal to the first preset value, determining whether a time window that is corresponding toa preset time window and monitors received random access response is finished or not; if the time window is finished, sending a lead code to the base station at a lead code transmission chance in a next preset time window to increase the first count value; if the time window is not finished, sending a lead code to the base station at next lead code transmission chance to increase the first count value; repeating the abovementioned steps until the first count value is equal to the first preset value; or receiving random access response from the base station, and stopping sending a lead code tothe base station. The provided method can avoid the situation that when user equipment is not successfully and randomly connected to a base station, the UE repeatedly sends a lead code to the base station to consume the resources of the base state.
