Abstract

The invention discloses a pipeline pressure relief system and belongs to the field of pipeline equipment. A pressure relief valve in the pipeline pressure relief system comprises a valve body, a pre-tightening spring, a valve element and a valve seat. The valve body is connected with a pressure relief oil circuit of a crude oil delivery pipeline and internally provided with an isolating plate witha first groove. A sealed cavity is formed between one end of the valve element and the first groove, the pre-tightening spring in the sealed cavity applies pre-tightening force to the valve element,thus the valve element and the valve seat form seal, and the pressure relief valve is closed. Nitrogen with the specified pressure is injected into the sealed cavity from a gas inlet in the valve bodythrough an energy accumulator and a pressure reduction valve in a nitrogen control subsystem; when the oil pressure of the pressure relief oil circuit is higher than the pre-tightening force of the pre-tightening spring in the pressure relief valve and the nitrogen pressure, the nitrogen in the sealed cavity is compressed immediately, the valve element is pushed towards the isolating plate, and the valve seat and the valve element are separated; and hydraulic oil in the pressure relief oil circuit enters the pressure relief valve, and thus the oil pressure on the crude oil delivery pipeline is released in time.
