The invention relates to a self-control
nitrogen safety sealing
system which comprises a
nitrogen pressure-stabilizing balance tank and also comprises a high-pressure
nitrogen pipe, a
nitrogen pressure-stabilizing valve, a
nitrogen pressure-stabilizing valve and a
nitrogen pressure-stabilizing valve, one end of the high-pressure nitrogen
pipe is communicated with the top of the nitrogen pressure-stabilizing balance tank, the other end of the high-pressure nitrogen
pipe is communicated with a high-pressure
nitrogen source, and a nitrogen pressure-stabilizing valve is arranged on the high-pressure nitrogen pipe; one end of the regulating valve gas outlet pipe is communicated with the top of the nitrogen pressure-stabilizing balance tank, the other end of the regulating valve gas outlet pipe is communicated to the outside of the
system through a
tail gas pipe, and a
tail gas self-operated regulating valve is arranged on the regulating valve gas outlet pipe; one end of the
breathing header pipe is communicated with the top of the nitrogen pressure-stabilizing balance tank, and the other end of the
breathing header pipe is communicated with a plurality of
material storage tanks. According to the invention, gas can be supplied to a plurality of
material storage tanks simultaneously through one nitrogen pressure-stabilizing balance tank, and
complementation and balance of gas phases among the
material storage tanks can be automatically realized, so that the consumption of nitrogen is effectively reduced, and favorable conditions are created for
energy conservation and
environmental protection. Meanwhile, the arrangement quantity of nitrogen supply valves and nitrogen
discharge valves can be reduced, the
failure rate of the
system is reduced, and cost reduction and efficiency improvement are achieved.
