The purity of the seeds of Sumi No.6 can be identified by using the RAPD primer, and Sumi No.6DNA is extracted at first; by adopting the RAPD primers JAASRP1059 and JAASCR1036, PCR amplification is conducted with the genomic DNA of the seeds of the watermelon hybrid Sumi No.6 as a template; anamplified product is subjected to agarose gel electrophoresis detection.
