The direction adjustingblade driving mechanism comprises a blade driver rotatably arranged on the outer wall of the shell, a first direction adjusting driving mechanism for driving the blade driver to rotate in a first plane and a second direction adjusting driving mechanism for driving the blade driver to rotate in a second plane. The blade driver comprises a sealed chamber, a blade rotatably arranged on the sealed chamber and a blade driving motor arranged in the sealed chamber. A sealed cavity and an installation part are arranged in the sealed chamber. A power source and the blade driving motor are fixedly arranged in the sealed cavity; and the first plane is perpendicular to the second plane.
