Abstract

The stator sleeves the shaft tube portion of the base.The rotor includes a rotating cover, an annular magnetic pole and a rotating shaft. The rotating cover has an accommodating groove and a top weight area. The accommodating groove is used for accommodating the stator. The top weight area corresponds to the accommodating groove, and is used for setting at least one weight, and the top weight area has an outer diameter. The annular magnetic pole isarranged in the accommodating groove of the rotating cover, and the annular magnetic pole has an inner diameter, and an outer diameter of the top weight region is less than or equal to an inner diameter of the annular magnetic pole. The rotating shaft is pivotally disposed on the shaft tube portion, and one end of the rotating shaft is connected to the rotating cover.
