Problems solved by technology

The detection process is cumbersome, inefficient and time-consuming
In many cases, the samples to be tested in the grain storage, trade and processing departments are often in large quantities, and the test results need real-time feedback to make decisions, and the above traditional testing methods have become increasingly unable to meet actual needs

Abstract

The invention provides a wheat bacterial count online detection method based on a visible / near infrared spectroscopy technology, and relates to the technical field of detection of the total colony number of wheat. The wheat bacterial count online detection method comprises: collecting wheat samples with different bacterial counts; carrying out spectral detection, scanning the samples in a motion state by using a visible / near infrared optical fiber spectrometer to obtain diffuse reflectance spectrum information, taking part of the samples, and determining the total colony number; pre-processingspectral data, wherein the original spectral information of the samples are pre-processed to eliminate interference factors; carrying out quantitative prediction analysis, and establishing a correlation model between the true bacterial amount and the predicted level according to the corresponding relationship between the total colony number of wheat and the corresponding spectral absorption valueby using a partial least squares regression analysis method (PLSR); and rapidly determining, and outputting the actual bacterial count based on the spectral information of the to-be-detected wheat byusing the established model. According to the present invention, the method has advantages of convenient detection, low detection cost and high detection efficiency, and can perform real-time onlineanalysis on large quantities of samples.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of detection of the total number of bacterial colonies in wheat, in particular to a rapid on-line detection method based on visible / near-infrared spectrum technology to realize the amount of bacteria carried in wheat. Background technique [0002] Wheat is the staple food of more than half of China's population, and the quality and safety of wheat and its products are directly related to the food safety of more than half of my country's population. Wheat is the most important long-term grain reserve in my country. Under good storage conditions, the quality of wheat will not change greatly. However, under suitable moisture and temperature conditions, due to the influence of factors such as the hygroscopic properties of the wheat cortex and the moisture migration caused by the temperature change of the grain heap, the moisture content of the local wheat grains will increase, which will cause the growth of mold...
