The preparation method comprises (1) selecting ginseng, rhizomasparganii, safflower, peach kernel, longstamen onion bulb, fruit of immature citron, radix aconiti preparata, rhizoma corydalis, semen lepidii, poria cocos and musk, (2) cleaning the selected medicinal materials, decocting the medicinal materials through water, carrying out filtration, carrying out continuous decoction and filtration three times, blending the filtrates and concentrating the mixture into thick paste, (3) adding ethanol into the thick paste at the room temperature along with stirring so that the final medical liquid has ethanol content of 60%, standing the medical liquid for 24h or more and recovering the ethanol from the supernatant until an ethanol smell disappears, and (4) adding the ethanol solution of musk and syrupus simplex, and then adjusting the solution pH to 5.0-7.0, and (5) adding water into the solution, uniformly stirring, standing the solution, filtering the solution, carrying out loading and carrying out sterilization at 100 DEG C for 30 minutes.
